Equity NW Properties is a locally owned and operated real estate brokerage agency in Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR (the Northwest United States). They have about 100 real estate agents that work for them and they are looking to attract more agents with a more modern and attractive logo and web presence (new website currently in development). They are family owned and care a lot about giving back to the community.
The target audience is home buyers and other real estate agents looking to join the team.
They are looking for a "logo refresh" and would like the new logo to be recognizable (similar enough to their old logo).
The new logo should convey that they are still the same company but they are investing in technology and re-branding as a more technologically advanced company. "Northwest" should be abbreviated with NW.
The new logo should still feature a mountain or mountain range icon.
The new logo should also work well with some greens but also be able to stand alone as a solid white or solid black logo.
