ORGANIZATION: Consulting group (3 women) that develops and delivers individualized training and coaching to small to medium-sized organizations that lack an in-house learning and organizational team and curriculum. They would hire us as an outside partner to impart knowledge (training and facilitation in person and online) and shift behaviors (coaching and online group coaching follow up) for employees, leaders, and teams. One unique aspect we incorporate is mindfulness / neuroscience principles to effect change at the individual level in order to achieve the desired results organizationally. Another unique aspect we offer, is we're not just training for training's sake, but put an emphasis on strategy and results.
