Patient safety medical device. Our product prevents wrong-site surgeries. Our company name is OR6, which is an allusion to a hospital operating rooms (room #6 is where our product was first trialed) and to Six Sigma methodology to prevent human process defects. Our target audience will be patient safety officers at hospitals, operating room managers, surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and later medical device companies. Inventor is an anesthesiologist. Our product is called the Surgi-Sign. Our logo can be comprised of our company name, OR-6, with an image, or it can be just our name. We are also open to the idea of including a sigma design into our logo as a subtle allusion to the methodology we use.
