Customer Scientific Investigation is a new discipline that focuses on how to extract evidence-based facts during a relationship with a customer, and how to use them to make better products or services.
It helps innovators in answering the following questions: What are my customers interested in? What are their problems? Will the new service or product I have in mind solve these problems? And procuring which benefits?
CSI comes from the review of FBI methods, applied to innovation.
Professionals involved in designing and/or launching a new product on the market: marketing manager, product manager, entrepreneur. The majority of our audience are well-established adults between the ages of 30 and 60, with stable, high paying jobs. They value innovation over status-quo, proven processes over artistic feelings, and premium quality over convenience.
We’d love to being perceived as the trustworthy and “first and only” group of professionals who founded a new important scientific discipline.
Look and Feel
The logo should feel very modern and high brow, and should feature a flat, contemporary design. A subtle reference to the forensic investigation imagery can be considered. We’re planning on using the logo in both digital and real-life scenarios, with possible strong variations in size and context, so please design the logo with versatility in mind.
- Strong Lettering work that add meaning by the use of negative space
- Stylized image referred to forensic investigation imagery (fingerprint, magnififying glass, badge)
- Animals or other full-of-meaning icon
>>Please feel free to test any "crazy" idea you can come up with: a man made of fingerprints, an animal with the magnifying-glass-head, a mysterious esoteric symbol; really anything can be considered in the first exploration phase.
Have fun and shock us with original concepts!"
We’d prefer the logo NOT to feature pastel, greyish or ultra-dark palette; we’re looking for colors that inspire thoughts of smartness and growth.
What we don't want:
- generic icon that does not represent the service
- explicit police-like badge
- curly fonts or script style
