Humans need to socialize. We know this. The social media age in which we live is proof enough. But what happens when people don't take time to turn down the noise and get away for a while? In the Philippines "Bukid," means "backcountry" or "remote." As an outdoor gear company, we want to remind people about another aspect of being human. We want to remind our customers that humans also need to get away from time to time. Where people choose to go isn't as important as the choice to go. The mountains, the woods, the desert-you name it. "Bukid" invites people to seek the backcountry. Our customer is the hunter, camper, hiker, and traveler. Simply our customer is anyone who loves the outdoors. Bukid invites humans to remember what it fully means to be alive.

We would like the logo to reflect the outdoors. We are open to the idea of 3 types of logos.
1) Our company name, Bukid, standing alone as a unique logo.
2) A separate logo with the name "Bukid" underneath it.
3) A logo with the name Bukid incorporated in the logo itself.
With any of these three options, we want the logo to be timeless and simple.
