We are a Germany-based startup in HR Tech developing an efficient way of recruiting as well as orientating and finding a job for students and young professionals. We are convinced that classic job postings are no longer state of the art in the 21st century. Therefore, we want to change the way of post-and-pray recruiting with an intelligent matching-algorithm, the use of machine learning technology and with a clear focus on university graduates and young professionals.
In our opinion, a good fit between a job and a candidate depends on more then just the plain qualifications of the applicant. This is why our matching-algorithm processes more than just the CV. In order to find the best fit, candidates as well as companies create meaningful profiles on our web application by answering questions on four levels of compatibility: hard skills, soft skills, potential personality/company culture. Especially the fit between personality and company culture is quite important and distinguishes us from most of the existing big job platforms.
All in all, we focus on students, graduates and young professionals (up to 5 years of working experience). This means that our focus group will be mainly between 20 and 30 years old.
