Smartland Capital is a land-based real estate investment group aquiring land in both Canada and the United States.
We are just starting to brand ourselves and would like to have a logo that represents the corporate and business approach we wish to offer with a great capital return.

Smartland Capital is initially targeting the $ 5 -10 k investors. We believe our target age will be between 25 - 40 years of age.
Requisitos
We need a corporate/modern look to our logo.
In point form:
- simple, bold / high end look
- no cartoons
- minimal color
- really hoping to incorporate the tree from our Mother company's logo(please see attachment) into our logo somehow.
Other than that, the design is all yours!
The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
