The Agency by Workland is a new generation talent agency that specializes in identifying, selecting & matching superstar candidates with awesome companies.
The Agency by Workland offers personalized "head hunting" type services and is the official talent agency of the professional work world.
Workland actively seeks the exceptionally talented and gifted, those who have the potential to achieve great things if matched with the right employers.
What truly differentiates Workland the fact that everyone in the company is dedicated to putting the HUMAN back into HUMAN RESOURCES. As you will see, everyone at Workland deeply cares about the well-being of both candidates AND companies, as the satisfaction of both are necessary to make long term relationships possible.
Workland prides itself in finding "Unicorn employees": Staff who possess a unique set of qualities that make them extremely rare and valuable. They’re hard to find, but once hired, they offer up enormous benefits in the workplace and can take your business to the next level.

We have developed the attached preliminary logo for the AGENCY by Workland, but we are not too too happy with it as it is way too plain and serious versus the official Workland logo.
Here are a few pointers while you design:
- The Agency is a division of Workland and so the logo needs to be more compatible with the official Workland logo (also attached for reference)
- Needs to be much more fun, more aspirational while still looking professional
- Want to feel the "human" aspect in the Agency logo as it deals with top talent
- The target audience is both men and women between 25-45.
- If able to incorporate an inspiring visual that makes the link between The Agency and Unicorn employees, that would be great! But the concept needs to be aspirational for both men and women so the Unicorn concept and visual cannot be too girly. See examples in brief.
