We are a dog daycare and boarding facility in a urban and upcoming community. We are fun, safe, friendly, love dogs, environmentally friendly. Our target audience loves their dogs. These are people with families - young kids that play sports and travel for tournaments, younger people that travel for work a few days a week. Folks that travel to San Fran from the area to work M-F. Folks that go on vacations. People that don't want to leave their pups at home alone while at work/play. These individuals work for IT companies, are teachers, start-ups, finance. These people are generally high earners and we charge a premium for our services.

Here is the link to our website. Our current logo is shown here: https://www.thegoodlifedogdaycare.com
The problem with this logo is that the dog is a stock image. We like the size of the dog, in terms of the space he takes up, and we like the strength he conveys, but we do not want a stock image (I'm seeing this image on other dog businesses flyers, etc.). We do like the font and layout of the logo on our website - "Blackout" is the name of the font. We feel the font and layout of letters is strong and reflects our urban/industrial brand and would like to keep that. Can you edit the current image: 1. The legs look like horse legs/hooves. It's very strange. 2. Can we add some dimension to the face. Some light shading or lines. The inspiration for this business comes from my Puggle Hurley. You'll see a picture of him on our Our Story page. He is the love of my life. What I love about Hurley is his head tilt, which seems to be hard for designers to capture in terms of putting that into a logo. We like the dog standing as well. Shows playfulness. I want to the dog to convey happiness, playfulness - he's living the "good life." I've also attached an image of the building/space signage to give you a feel of the building, our current logo, and some images of Hurley's that capture his features. No's: No cartoon images please. I'm looking for clean, modern, fun, happy, playful. A dog that is "living the good life." :)
