I would like a logo with hits of a heraldic type/coat of arms feel. However, I don't love busy/complex design. So, a simplified design with a coat of arms vibe.
Values for the company revolve around a concierge experience for clientele, education, and transparency in real estate; so good old fashioned values powered by the technology power house of real estate that Keller Williams is evolving into. So there's a bit of a tension, classy but forward facing and technology embracing.
We are branding a new arm of my company Keller Williams Drive as a luxury homes division. It will need to display reasonably with three other logos, Keller Williams Realty, Keller Williams Luxury International, and Keller Williams Global Property Specialist. Of the three, the Keller Williams Luxury complement would be the most important. (I can send examples of each)
The logo should be elegant with a high class appeal. Also, black and white reproducible, and the graphic should be distinct enough to break away from the words. I would like to eventually brand it onto polos for the agents, likely without any text.
I'm NOT looking for a reproduction of the stylized MN monogram below. It's attached for potential inspiration in a more heraldic/coat of arms vein. I can do basic vector graphics myself... I'm looking or graphic ideas not replications.
The word "Greenville" will ultimately be interchangeable, as "Anderson" Signature Homes, and "Spartanburg" Signature Homes launch down the road. Real Estate is a hyper local industry and I'd like to be able to have a consistent brand while subbing out the area/town. These two elements should be complementary type faces not matching I think.
