"EMPOWER Youth Lab" and if there is space, the EMPOWER acronym stands for Examining and Motivating Positive develOpment & Well-being among Ethnic-Racial youth lab

We are a research lab in psychology that focuses on promoting positive development and outcomes (psychological, academic, and health) among ethnic-racial children (mainly African Americans and Latinos/as) starting at age 4 through teenagers. A big focus of our research is understanding what kids know and feel about their culture, and findings ways to help kids empower themselves. This part is important (kids empowering themselves) - this pays a role in my idea about a possible design that I described below, and why I have the kids standing on a block holding up EMPOWER themselves (rather than the EMPOWER being held up by others) - our goal is to find ways to get kids the things they need and highlight their strengths so they can empower themselves.

My idea I'd like to see designed is to do a silhouette of children (sort of like the one I posted of all the children) that are each holding a letter of EMPOWER in the air (so not holding hands, but each holding a letter above their heads instead) and standing on a block that says "Youth Lab." Also, on this block it would be great if you can fit the spelled out EMPOWER acronym so it is clear what it stands for. If you go with this design, please edit the children to have ethnic features (African American and Latino/a kids), such as curly hair, braids, dreads, etc. Please have some of the girls in dresses and some in pants. Maybe one teen can have a hat on. Also, adjust so that some of the kids are teenagers and some are young children. I have one more idea. For a male teen on the left, maybe make him a teenager and holding up the Black pride fist (I attached a picture of a woman making the fist but instead of a female, let's do a male teen with dreads or braids...so he'd be standing holding the E in one hand and making the Black pride fist with the other. Then, maybe make the last individual on the right be a little girl, and have her holding the letter R in one hand and flexing a muscle with the other hand. I have attached a picture of what I mean, but instead of the boy I attached, let's make this a little girl with super curly long hair (similar to the girl in the picture called "hair ideas" with her hair down.
