This is an internal corporate campaign as part of a strategy cascade plan. This slogan will be made into a logo and used throughout videos, email communication, gratuities, and all other communication and strategy materials. This is tied to the businesses' 2022 strategy and accelerated growth goals.
Internal audience is all employees. Objective is to get them excited and energized about the strategy and get them to start doing and not over thinking or over complicating things. In order to achieve aggressive goals, associates need to start acting, taking small steps but moving quickly--course correcting or updating as needed but encouraging people to just start doing rather than waiting until every detail has been buttoned up--there have been missed opportunities because we have not moved fast enough in past to meet customer demands. This is similar to Nike's "just do it"
