My organization is developing a company wide model to mirror an existing model which supports sales representatives which don't typically sell their types of services/capabilities. Imagine being a sales rep which sales folding boxes and we want that rep to feel confident in that we have resources to help him sell commercial print or labels. The entire goal is to create a team stretching across an 8,000+ employee base providing education, confidence and speed to get them to sell products to their current customers or prospects into other plants. We have over 70 plants in the US so there is a lot of opportunity to increase sales with reps selling into other divisions.
