New Exciting Brand Design for Famous Artists Wine
We are in the process of introducing a new wine to the Bocelli Family of wines. The Bocelli family has been making wines in Tuscany for over 130 years. For the past five years they have been importing their wines into the United States. The current line up consists of a Sangiovese, Prosecco and Pinot Grigio. All three wines have the same look and feel (attached). We will be introducing a new wine to the Bocelli family which will be called Tenor Red. Tenor Red will be a blend of different grapes and since it is somewhat unique we would like a different look from the other wines.
The reason we called the new wine Tenor Red is because the most recognizable member of the Bocelli family is world famous musical Tenor Andrea Bocelli. Andrea along with his brother Alberto run the family winery together.
We would like to keep some of the aspects of the current label but give subtle hints at the link to Andrea and his music. We do not want to change the font for the brand name but the size, shape and location are open for revisions. We will need to add the words Tenor Red on the label. The rest of the label is a totally open book. Our goal is to have an interesting look that will grab consumer’s attention and have some visual cues of the link towards Andrea and his career as a world famous tenor. The shape of the label could stay the same with the current diecut but this is not mandatory as we are open to look at any shapes and color. It is important that the label looks upscale and elegant and not be garish or cheap looking.
Besides possible musical imaging that might be used to reference Andrea (please do not use actual photos of Andrea) one thing that could be explored is imaging that incorporates the stone wall that surrounds an amphitheater he built into the vineyards where he plays one concert each year (attached). Each year there is a new artwork installation incorporated around the wall.
We are hoping for a wide range of styles and looks. The design should feel like it is part of the Bocelli Family of wines while visually differentiating the Tenor Red from the other three wines.
I have attached the current logo that should be used as well as an image of the amphitheater and a picture of what the current lineup of wines. Please do not feel obligated to put your designs on a bottle, we are fine with designs that are separate as we can easily understand what they would look like on a bottle.
