Exits From the Top is a blog, podcast, and book that help soon-to-retire nonprofit chief executives prepare themselves and their organizations to thrive in life's next chapter.
Our audience is comprised of sophisticated leaders, mostly in the US, in the 55-65-year-old age bracket and. MAJORITY FEMALE (about 2/3rds female).
We provide tools, strategies and direct assistance that helps these leaders prepare their boards, staff and organizations for this critical transition. We also help them explore their next chapter of life - life after this leadership role.

Diseño de inspiración
A critical element in our work is the "transition point," the point at which the departing executive hands off the organization to his/her successor. BUT, I'm really not interested in clichés: passing batons, handshakes, etc. and definitely no exit signs. Symbolic expressions, such as arrows that play off of the "e" in exits would be fine. I have attached, for inspiration purposes only, a graphic that depicts our transition process.
