Overall Event Theme-
The overall theme is to play off Valentine’s Day and catch a rising trend of bitters, amaro, low alcohol beverages, bitter/sour beers along with a great food pairing as well. The target audience would be the hospitality peer, millennial, foodie person, but will also draw in casino guests due to name brands who will be participating.
