Update: I am reaching pastors. Let me explain pastors to you. I was one for 24 years. 9 out of 10 pastors will not retire from the pastorate they will quit.
Pastors put up with a huge amount of abuse and are not paid well. About 10-15% of the people in the church do 80% of the work.
Pastors gravitate towards strength, tenacity, perseverance. Their heart desire is for people to rise up and lead. To go from complacency to activity.
The church I pastored 90-100% of the people were involved. I broke ever stat that was out there. This is what I teach. At my church we had a activity for our young men called "Raising a Modern Day Knight" and had knighting ceremonies. Pastors loved that and I have taught that.
They drawn towards strength. I need a logo that shows that. I was looking at gears. But I wanted ones that looked rugged. You don't have to use that. I also am looking at shields. Give me something bold and strong. Want to see a powerful logo go to "Broken Chains Biker Church" in Holbrook MA. I trained that man.
I hope this helps.
I am a consultant who partners with Pastors to develop a fully-engaged church, moving members from complacent to active. This is based upon the realization that the church works best when each member is participating according to his/her unique personality, sterngths, skills, and interests. The primary audience includes male Pastors who are over stretched and frustrated with developing their members.

Diseño de inspiración
I work with professional pastors of Christoian churches, but I am not a church. I do not want a cross as part of my logo. I want the logo to inspire engagement and activity, demonstrating that church members are all unique but important parts of a whole body. (I had an idea involving gears, but I am open to other representations of this concept).
