I'm looking for a simple logo idea that conveys a strong brand.

* Futuristic / Technology
* War / Violence / Bloody
* Strength / Conquer / Strategy

Must look good on black, should have a thick stroke, and possibly use blood red, white, and some accent color.

I'm building a fun little project for the web ... something that brings the excitement of Risk or Settlers of Catan to outer space, can be played with 100 other people at the same time, and takes a full week to determine a winner.
I imagine our core audience will be pre-teen boys at the youngest and men in their mid-thirties at their oldest. These guys will be fans of Star Wars, the Matrix, Star Trek, Halo, Risk, Settlers of Catan, etc.

Requisitos

This contest is for a logo for a browser-based casual strategy game called Edge Of War (http://www.edgeofwar.com), currently in development.

I'm looking for a simple idea that conveys a strong brand.

* Futuristic / Technology
* War / Violence / Bloody
* Strength / Conquer / Strategy

The logo will be used primarily on a website, but might be used on other items eventually, like a (black or dark colored) t-shirt or coffee mug.

I don't have a strong preference for a "typeface only logo" or for some image along with the text. I'm open to either idea.

I would prefer a thick stroke on any font (although I'm open to ideas), some graphic elements (something futuristic? something broken with wires and circuits hanging out? something bloody?)

The whole thing must look GREAT on a dark or black background. I'm thinking blood red and white, with some accent color.
