GlobalReach is the branded relaunch of a service Global Information Inc (GII) has been offering for years. We perform localization, translation, marketing, and customer support services for American and European conference and event organizers to help them attract exhibitors and sponsorships from across Asia.
We're conducting a branded relaunch of the service for 2013. We've been doing this for over a decade, but always with a one-to-one approach. It's become a big enough success that we want to market this on a wider scale, and giving the service a proper name and a logo will help us establish more solid footing in our customers’ minds.
We’re looking for a professional, clean, sophisticated logo that can appeal across industries. The design must incorporate the full name, but having workable monogram features will be a big plus. We are open on color palette, but bolder colors are preferred.
We will incorporate the words “a service of Global Information, Inc.” into the logo when used in certain ads, emails, brochures, and on our letterhead, so designs which demonstrate a fit for this will be preferred.
The logo for our company - Global Information Inc - SHOULD NOT be used as a starting point or reference, but it may appear in related correspondence with the logo for the GlobalReach service, so keep that in mind. It is not necessary – nor is it encouraged – to borrow any element from that logo. We may place the logos side by side during evaluation, just to make sure the contrast isn't too disruptive, but if the design allows us to note GlobalReach is “as service of Global Information, Inc.” we won’t need to show both logos.
- The final design should work in color, black and white, and greyscale
- Please note any typefaces used in the design process, we will want to incorporate those into future design for the service
- This is “green fields” work, we have an idea in mind but we're very open to concepts, and we plan to provide feedback throughout the process
- Later this year we may also conduct a Brochure project for GlobalReach, so please keep your scratch work handy if you intend to participate in that with us.
