I am representing a commercial real estate company which has been tasked with re-branding a commercial office building campus, which we would like to name "Warner Center Campus."
***Please note: In your designs, please keep the words "Warner Center" together on the same line, unless you are stacking all 3 words.*** Warner Center is the name of the area.
The grounds for the campus offers a lush park-like setting with beautifully landscaped grounds and various waterfall features all around the property. All-in-all it is a beautiful campus environment and a great place to lease an office space if you owned or operated a company. Currently, the property is home to some of the most recognizable companies in the World.
We are seeking to attract young, hip, tech, media and entertainment companies to lease office space at Warner Center Campus - think "Google," "Yahoo!" etc. We are NOT looking to mimic the logos of those we are trying to attract but rather create something that is institutional, yet clean, crisp, hip, easy to read and visually appealing to a 30-40 something audience without giving off too much of a "hipster" vibe, if that makes sense. We do not want this to look cheesy by any means.
The use of icons is okay but we are NOT looking for traditional office building silhouettes - possibly something more abstract (perhaps even a tree maybe?). Building silhouettes tend to look too 'cookie-cutter' which is NOT the look we are going for.
