Employee Mama helps corporations retain their employees as well as those people who have lost jobs to explore what they really want to do and find their way. After seeing the designs and talking with my client she wants more of a character - woman - maybe a power suit and an apron for the image.

Fun light feel. Like this style of woman for the mama, if you can create something like her. An older looking woman but with a friendly business look - maybe a picture like a woman from the 1950's? Also, is it possible to put these words somewhere - "I'm your mentor, coach and cheerleader - like your Mama would be" . My client likes the image I've just uploaded as the style for the character (with the yellow background). Please adjust your images to use something like this.
