Help finalize logo design with hipster font & layout

Pets Elevated is a high-end, dog & cat supply store focusing on nutrition.

We have the base for what we are looking for. We are just looking to finalize it with correct font and update logo look. Attached is the logo idea (cat) that we want. We'd like the ears to be more universal dog & cat than just look like cat ears. We still want them to be pointing up and symmetrical. Some faint straight lines in the ears might help for more of a 3D look. Second, we need to figure out fonts for "Pets elevated" and the layout of the logo with the wording. We really like the bold, rustic, hipster type fonts and layouts (see attached). We'd like for the "Elevated" to be bigger and bolder than the "Pets". Additionally, we'd like the "A" in elevated to have no cross through it (think of an upside down V). Another potential idea for the A would be a triangle (up arrow) to represent elevated, but not sure on this yet. We want something unique and bold, but easy to read. Attached are some loose example of the style we like. As for color: a slightly brighter forest green. Pantone Greenery is a good example. Thank you for your help
