The german beer market is very conservative and in contrast to other countries we have a purity requirement for beer. This leads to very old fashioned beer. With our product we want to change that. We are offering the customer the ability to brew its own beer in a very easy and entertaining way. We reduced the brewing process so much, that the customer doesnt need previous knowledge or has to do any cleaning or annoying work. So we dont just sell beer, we also sell an experience! Additionaly we offer the possibility to individualize the beer. The customer can design its own creation of beer on our Website and we send him all the stuff he needs. We offer different beertypes, different hops and a wide variaty of flavours. We are the first in Germany who offer beer with different flavours and therefore want to communicate that our beer is the best and a real alternative to other beers. Also it should get clear, that we are a young, innovative start-up offerings a very cool product.
Our customers are mostly young (20 - 35) urban people. From the price is our product settled on the upper range of the medium segment (So nearly premium).
Our slogan is Design - Brew - Enjoy. If possible we would like to have the logo accompanied by the slogan (Not mandatory).
By the way: Our Brandname "Braufaesschen" should of course be included in the logo and it is german and means "small barrel for beer brewing".
The logo must fullfill two purposes:
1. Lock good an our five liter (1.25 Galon) beer barrel. The beer barrel is our central brand identy. The beer barrel is at the customers place and is seen by all of his friends when they enjoy the homebrewn beer. So it has to look pretty cool and invite the friends to check it out.
2. It will be placed on the header of our Website.
We uploaded some logos of famous german beer brands who target more or less the same customer group than we do. These images are just ment as hint that you get an idea of the german beer market. You dont have to orientat the designs on that logo because we concously want to differentiate our product from the rest of the beer market. Additionally we uploaded pictures of the beer barrel we are using.
Also we uploaded some logos of succesfull german start-ups who are doing mass-costumization with food. They target different costumers but are in the same market segment (Mass-Costumization) and highly recognized by the public.
If the design is succesfull there is the option for several follow-up-orders for designs of our printstuff and Webshop.
