The "Find a Way 2012" logo should be created in at least two forms: 1) the initials FAW 2012; and 2) the full name Find a Way 2012. Feel free to use elements depicting direction such as a compass and arrows, a wekk as construction / building iconography such as office building silhouettes, etc. (but don't limit concepts just to that).
This is for an internal campaign - your target audience consists of architects, real estate brokers, construction managers, lawyers and executives. Primary gender is male; age range is 45 to 60. The campaign is designed for encourage team members to "find a way" to meet and exceed expectations in the coming year.
I have attached our corporate logo, however I do not want our company name, MetroNational, included in the Find a Way 2012 concept; rather, I would like to see a designer incorprate the three "slanted rectangles" that appear above our company name into the design. Feel free to manipulate/seperate this element as you see fit - One idea is to use the rectangle in place of the number 1 in the 2012 portion of the logo name - have some fun with this!
