We would like to avoid "cutesy" or whimsical designs in favor of more intelligent, clever approaches. It would be ideal to convey air travel in the logo, of course. And finally, we are leaning towards a design with a cap J and R, and lower case et and ags -- for legibility. It is written as one word, not two, but capping the J and R helps distinguish the words.
