We are a consultants for companies who outsource their work to Eastern Europe. We do not charge for our work as consultants typically, instead we get paid as sales people when clients select suppliers from our supplier network. We also just started Outsourcing Eastern Europe magazine.

Outsourcing industry is a bit dull and very competitive. We are launching a fresh magazine with lots of images which brings different prospective to the idea of sending work to Eastern Europe. We want to take boring outsourcing PR (like we made top 10, 100, 1000 best outsourcing companies list) and take it to a more personal level through different angles, human interest stories, fun videos.
Besides, we are often taking our clients by suprise by saying that we work for them for free. We want to communicate value "helpful" but not "cheap", more like experienced, easy-going.
I am the main person in the business, I am 36 years old, Russian living in Germany with 2 kids. Travelled a lot, very educated, MBA but humble.
