The Character-mark/Word-mark must work equally well on business cards email footers, and website landing page as it does on quotes, invoices, technical reports, and presentations. Ideally an element of the mark can be used as bullet (when appropriate) in presentations or as a watermark. We are looking to have a logo that works in B&W and gray scale but primarily will be shown/used in full color. Colors, that appeal to us are Blue, Yellow and Gray (use one, two or all three)
The name Izbiz was chosen due to its playful nature, creative possibilities, and out of tribute to a family member, our pet dog, a Chinese Crested Powder Puff. Hence a logo that incorporates this in some way would be appealing (if paying full tribute would have the character holding a donut shaped Frisbee in her mouth, we will up load more inspirational images shortly). As initially desirable as this creative direction is, is we are open marks that are inspired by Izbiz and how that resonates with designers. We are looking for marks that have creativity and playful feel that work beside or as a compliment to the word mark.
We are also open to use Izbiz in the following ways: Izbiz, IzBiz, IZBIZ, izbiz with or without incorporating the legal aspect “Inc”. If using an openly available font we will require the font details and any adjustments to be communicated as part of the deliverable.
Attached is a photo of Iz (with her frisbee and long hair at the time) for inspiration. Also attached are three marks that speak to us - the simplicity of e characters work as does the playfulness but the characters figure too prominently whereas we are looking for the character to be secondary too and compliment the letter/word mark.
