The company name is Leancog (or leanCOG or LeanCog - i think this will depend on your design). http://www.leancog.com shows you some of the content I've created.
"Lean" represents lean manufacturing or lean start-ups - if you're familiar with them they are highly iterative, measured methods. "Cog" as in the physical sprocket - I see us selling phases of work in pre-packaged "cogs" (pre-defined phases of work) making up a cogset for an end to end project - anyway, you see where i'm going with this. In the future, I intend to make methodologies that show the iterative nature such as: http://screencast.com/t/mGhtaPCObo0 this is just a few minutes in ppt, but instead of doing chevrons, I see eventually having a nice graphic (probably future work for you, but outside this project) that can be used on the homepage. Our target customer is a CIO or executive with their own budget.
I imagine the logo can take advantage of the round shapes of the letters COG to perhaps something like this: http://www.google.com/imgres?um=1&h…KEEEK0DMGg or perhaps have all three letters be cogs and interlocked - but I'm just brainstorming to let you know what I'm thinking.
There is also a strong cloud theme in our services with cloud based computing - I had even thought Cog would be spelled with clouds, again with the O being a cog shaped cloud.
