The company name is Letability which is an amalgamation of the words Let (as in letting agent) and Ability (as in the ability to do a fantastic job). The website address (under construction) is Letability.com.
I am very open to how the name is interpreted and used but would suggest that the two words within the single word are easily identified as being such.
Our target audience are Tenants (those wishing to rent a property from a good landlord and probably between 20 to 45 - mainly couples) and Landlords (those wishing to rent their property to a good tenant and probably between 30 to 70 - mainly individuals). Historically, both parties maintain a healthy distrust of most Letting Agents (in common with Estate Agents) who are seen as charging a lot of money in return for very little work.
Letability is a new company that will bring a great deal of innovation to the marketplace and will be seeking long term relationships with its Landlords and Tenants. Letability is to be seen as both competent and trustworthy.
Letability is predominantly an online business (that is, it will not have local bricks and mortar showrooms) and will be using the logo in the usual places (stationery, brochures etc.). However, the logo must be capable of being used on 'To Let' board designs sized up to 800mm x 600mm (but not necessarily rectangular).
There is no strap line at present (the name says it all) but i am not against suggestions being included in the designs if seen fit.
Ideally, the logo should also work in black and white.
