Help Nino Panino with a new logo

Our focus is to make home made style authentic italian dishes. Our main focus is panini and pizza. We will also have a hot table selling pasta dishes and other authentic italian style dishes.

We would like the logo to look like the Italian Flag. Basically the word Nino Panino would appear in the italian colours in whatever way looks best. We would like to see different options in this format. We would like the mascott (the chef) to be bald with NO hat and to be wearing a white chef coat with a blue neckercheif or a blue polo shirt. We would also like to see a design with 2 bald chefs (one with glasses, one without) with NO hat, same white chef coat and blue neckerchief. We would like to have the chef holding preferable a panino or even pizza as a second option. Or maybe one chef holding a pizza and the other chef holding a panino. Keep it fun and simple please. I've attached 3 photos below, the last two are an actual photograph of the chefs for the business. One is bald and the other is bald with glasses. If your able to make cartoon characters of these guys and incorporate into the design, that would be really cool. Hvae them both wearing chef suits and holding the pizza and/or panino.
