We are 100% focused on the sale of newly built Walgreens. So, you might want to look at and consider incorporating or complementing the Walgreens corporate color scheme as their logo is also used often when we are marketing properties for sale.
We would like to have the name and logo NOT be intertwined, so that we could use each independently if need be...
We are looking for a logo to be simple, clean, along the lines of a professional firm such as investment bank, law firm, consulting firm. But not be too bland.
Work in a tagline component that could be included or excluded at our discretion for different marketing spots. Examples: 100% Focused on Walgreens; Experts in Walgreens Investment Properties, The WAG Experts

Our next project will likely be redesigning the property marketing packages around the new logo; so colors can change; but obviously, the red Walgreens logo won't.
