Help Siskiyou County Fire Chiefs Association with a new logo

The Siskiyou County Fire Chiefs Association has been awarded a grant to recruit and retain 212 Volunteer Firefighters over a 4 year period. We would like to include the traditional Fire Service images (Axes, Fire Boots, Helmets, Ladders, Fire Hooks etc.) The County has a pristine beauty with Mt. Shasta peering over most spots of the County. The Klamath and Sacramento River Run through the County. And there are several Mountains in the area as well. The County is primarily rural, with a Logging, Mining and Railroad industry background. Outdoors and nature (Mt. Shasta and two Rivers) are a big part of life in Siskiyou County. Also, the County is within the "State of Jefferson". I would like to see a bit of Jefferson included (Not the President). We are working to recruit Firefighters. Need a cleaner logo that is much more modern then the current logo designed locally. Needs to incorporate the above mentioned culture. Please read over the State of Jefferson Wiki as it provides some background on Siskiyou and Jefferson. It's a Poor County and this logo will be a huge help to bring on additional folks. We will be using this in a major Print, Digital, and Web medium across several platforms. HI RES is a must!
