The logo will be used on various items like business cards, websites, stationary, advertising flyers, coffee cups and water bottles, banners, etc. for employees - property manager, maintenance staff, and leasing agents - to use in a small apartment complex our family just purchased. It is located in Tucson, AZ, walking/biking distance from the University of Arizona. We mainly rent to incoming freshmen students, foreign students, and grad students due to the proximity to the university, but we also have some Tucson locals who live there and we welcome any applicants. The property consists of 56 studios and two 1-bedroom apartments, has a small pool, laundry room, a leasing office, and open parking. The rental units are split between three 2-story buildings and the leasing office and laundry room comprise a small 1-story building. We are renovating the landscape, brightening up the exterior with fresh paint (probably different color trim on each building with a common base color for the outer walls), and modernizing the interiors of the units with new flooring, cabinets and countertops, applying new paint and color where needed, all in an effort to help provide a better quality of life for the price points associated with studio and 1-bedroom apartments. The property was developed in 1979 and maintains an atmosphere "filled with the patina of a bygone era," but we want to freshen the experience for residents and visitors.
