I have a residential construction company that builds new homes in the $500k to $2M range. I’m planning to relaunch the company with an updated, more professional looking image and hope to gain mindshare and market share in a very targeted market in the Atlanta Metro area.
Right now I have two website: http://www.newagaincustomhomes.com and rtcustomhomes.com (never launched just experimental site but most recent photos of our work are on this site).
About 80% of our revenue is from new construction and 20% is on remodels. We typically will help customers find an appropriate lot to build on, design the home and build the home, and we even help them decorate and furnish their home. We offer a complete turn-key service yet we are flexible so if the customer has preferred vendors, designers, or even suppliers we can integrate them into our team.
The key to our success to date has been extremely good customer referrals. We have a reputation for building the highest quality homes in the Atlanta Metro area for a fair price.

Upper income adults residing in affluent areas of metro Atlanta called Sandy Springs, Buckhead and Dunwoody. Usually people looking to build their dream home. This will be the house they foresee living in for 20+ years. Most buyers still have children at home. Most entertain extensively. Most live a very luxurious lifestyle and want a high quality, dramatic homes. Location is of primary importance. They also are very particular where they live down to the particular neighborhood. In these area’s it’s likely that they will tear down an existing home and rebuild on the land. The “in-fill” lot usually must be large enough to accommodate a kids play area and pool. Lots also must accommodate a basement.
We work hard to preserve existing landscaping and design homes that will not look out of place in existing neighborhoods. Typically the house will blend into the neighborhood but it will still definitely have the appearance of a new home. Customers want something that makes a statement but in a respectful and conservative way.
Homes are typically very traditional in design. Customers are educated on latest architectural styles but have more traditional or transitional design taste. The company image should reflect this same persona.
