Clean Slate Hospitality is a new company looking to establish a local brand into our small town community. We are a hospitality company offering food and beverage consulting services to restaurants that includes front of house management, operations and service skills as well as back of house culinary training. We also offer small private catering services in your home. Soon we will be opening a physical restaurant and we would like the logo to span across all business components. As owner, I have over 30 years of experience in the hospitality service industry and am a master gardener dedicated to building community gardens and edible landscapes in the community. My partner is an Executive Chef with similar years of experience focused on a sustainable lifestyle and reducing waste in the kitchen as much as possible. We both were successful in many corporate environments including some of the most well-known and visible hospitality and entertainment companies in the world. As life has evolved, we want to give back more to the community and those in need. Our passion is to deliver quality food in a natural environment with limited waste and to teach and live a sustainable lifestyle. We want to bring people together in an environment that promotes fun, develops friendships and makes every person feel special.
Our food is slightly trendy, yet simple and memorable with lingering flavors that offers the perfect bite of food every time focused on healthy and fresh high-vibrational foods in an intimate casual environment. As a guest you will feel part of the neighborhood and have a sense of belonging to something. As an employee you will be a part of the landscape and will be vested in the experience to provide personalized hospitality. The restaurant will be an engaging community gathering space with a small intimate interior and outdoor seating throughout the garden with water features, fire pits and wandering paths. Guests are invited to relax or join friends and family to laugh in this uplifting yet cozy environment.
Our target audience for the restaurant is the local neighborhood community, specifically targeting health conscious families, empty nesters and adults with disposable income. We are a farm-to-table type restaurant (seasonally fresh/artisanal/locally sourced where possible) with outdoor seating nestled throughout an edible garden landscape. Ideally the restaurant will be located with a nice view (water, golf, etc.) and near the local bike trail. Our catering services offers farm fresh seasonal menus with an edible and sustainable theme peppered throughout the event. As a consultant, we offer solutions and services to local establishments who are struggling with their current menu design or execution, service staff, operations, restaurant concepts or simply proper financial management. We are vested in the community and want all small businesses, especially our local restaurants, to succeed!
While the logo should be focused on Clean Slate Hospitality LLC and all components of our business, we would like to be able to use the similar logo for the restaurant with just a name change or slight design modification. Hopefully we will continue to grow and this could become scalable over time into other business components such as retail options, special events (weddings, supper clubs, etc) or other types of restaurants.
