More Detail on Our Product Offering: In each of our product categories, we offer a limited choice of subscription plans & packages that are based on our informed curated selection (we also have guest curators/selector). Our customers trust us to select and make great choices on their behalf. For example with our Coffee, people will be able to select from 2 bag sizes (250grams or 500grms) delivered once a month or once a fortnight to their door (see http://www.Tonx.org as an example). We select the coffee beans based on our discerning knowledge of what makes great coffee. We will offer a similar limied choice in other categories (eg Socks; Soap; Spices etc). Our members can pause, boost or cancel their subscription at any time. We also make available products for one-off purchase by our members which might be seasonal &/or in limited supply.
More on Our Customers: Our customers are loyal and passionate members. There is a very strong community feel, sense of belonging to our site, our members love us, our products and eagerly await (ie "hug the postman") the arrival of their regular delivery. They love being part of our community, they have a strong emotional attachment to our brand and are our members are our biggest advocates. Our members refer to themselves as being part of "The Hug Club", & they "Hug it Up" regularly. Our customers might be referred to as "geeks" in relation to their subscribed product (e.g. Coffee Geeks), & they like having access to "hard to get" or "not available elsewhere" products. Many of them are Monocle readers.
