We are STANLEY Access Technologies, the automatic door division of Stanley Black & Decker. For this project, you just need to know that we service automatic doors for retail locations such as Walmart, Lowes and Home Deopot. These locations have thousands of doors, so our customers have a hard time trying to manage and keep track of them. Our product helps with this, by providing them with actionable insights about their fleet of automatic doors, transforming how they make decisions how they spend. For example, on the IntelAct Insights dashboard, they log on to find out if a door that just broke is say, under warranty still, or if it's old and should be replaced vs serviced again. Our target is the people who manage these buildings from a store level, regional level and corporate level. They are super busy, fighting fires, don’t have time to do their job. Hate placing service calls and the process of servicing a door (time consuming/communication nightmare). “I am jack of all trades, master of none.
