What is Proven Justice selling? Justice - It is also selling a way for victims to regain control of their lives (by being the best investigation company in America) Both victims and donors are seeking security/justice The Audience - Victims of Crime and donors for the nonprofit Age Age for victims runs the gamut but are mostly the ages between 18 - 34 Age for highest donors is middle-aged women with children Gender Women and men are equally victimized by crime Women donate more than men Income Lower-income for victims Donors will have a mid to high income per household Demographics Fargo, ND to start with Xz Nationwide eventually (design for nationwide) Staff/board members I am selling a life purpose to staff Age 20 to 65 years of age Gender - Both male and female Income - $50,000 to $100,000 Demographics Fargo but eventually nationwide Who we offer services to: Small Businesses and private citizens. Many might not have funds to afford a private investigator. We operate on a sliding income scale to offer our services to all victims of crime. How are we different? We are the only nonprofit private investigation firm in America. Offering investigative services on an income basis. This is not a bunch of volunteers. They are highly trained, paid, investigators that live the mission. We train and drive harder than anyone else for the victims we get to serve.

I’m interested in wordmark and pictorial logos. Logo Emphasis Priorities Justice for victims We are trusted/honest/dependable/professional/serious with a lot of grit and compassion Emotional connection/identify We are the best at what we do Supporting Bullets The strength of the brand is in its ability to differentiate - There can also be no doubt about what we stand for. I’m looking for donors, victims of crimes, and staff/board members to identify emotionally with my logo/brand. I need the organization’s internal identity and external image to be aligned with each other through its values and mission. The logo needs to speak on this level. Beautifully simple, but different. It shows the emotion of the brand. There needs to be an emotional connection internally and externally. I would prefer a minimalist design moreover a busy one. Other items Has to scale very well on all social media/website/stationary/signs I want all involved with Proven Justice (victim, donors, staff) to know we are the best at what we do. I do not want any plays on private eyes (no eyes in the logo at all). We need to show more professionalism than that. If the brand was a person it would be a very trusted/honest/dependable/ professional with a lot of grit and compassion. It would also be classy and timeless. I would call this our brand personality! I like the lady of justice, but it might be hard to scale or get too busy??? Of course, below is just a photoshop but maybe something like that could work? I’m not tied to this in any way. I really like silhouette logos with a pop of small color on one item. Could we do that with lady justice somehow? I’m open to including the tagline or not. Again, it will all have to scale very well. Obviously, I like pictorial marks the best for my logo with Proven Justice in the second position. It would be nice if these could be separated if I need to, down the road. Of course, the logo is the first part of my branding. Please keep that in mind while designing this logo...it will be a part of the entire brand. Needs to come in a vector format My mission, vision, and values below; Tag Line Finding Truth. Regaining Control. Mission Statement Advancing justice by finding truth that promotes victimless communities Vision Statement America’s leader in investigation Core Values Do the right thing: Guided by God’s code of conduct in all areas of life. Determined to deliver: Dedicated to advancing justice through meticulous investigative practices that produce the most accurate, fastest, and highest case clearance rate for victims. Relationship building: Passionate about building sincere relationships with everyone. Compass of truth: Find truth and all else will follow. Genuineness: Do not form false pretenses and have a no-nonsense atmosphere. Dedicated to victims where grit and empathy is the oath. Commitment to each other: Proven Justice personnel are non-biological family members living out a shared triangled mission between themselves, the agency, and the victims we get to serve. Continue to improve and evolve: Do not accept mediocrity and greatness is not a birthright. Never resting on accomplishments or failures.
