This is all about a property that is on a corner in a very busy, trendy, upmarket area of Sydney.
The building will have 1 larger or 2 smaller restaurants in it on the lower level, plus 8 high quality apartments on the upper 2 levels.
This logo will be used to describe of the building, it will be the name of the building – and will also potentially be used for signage. It will also be linked to a business name of Harry's Corner Properties which is all about Real Estate and properties.
This is aimed at people who want to live in a place which is upmarket, sophisticated, yet very trendy spot in Sydney. We also want people to feel very comfortable going to the building for a meal any time of day or night. This is definitely not to reflect cheap living or eating, what we do want, is it to have the feeling of being affordable and value for money feeling, yet classy and trendy.
We want people to say “ I am to heading (a particular) at Harry’s Corner” for dinner tonight. So we need the logo to be easily identified, clear and sophisticated, young and easy to remember.

I want the logo feel to reflect that the building is iconic and modern, yet historic, even though having been rebuilt as very modern building.
It can represent the fact the building is on a corner, and whether we bold either Harry's or Corner is up to the designer, however and noting, we are probably more so trying to highlight the name Harry's as he was the owner that had the building for over 40 years and it is now remaining in the family.
We note that some of the Clientele may actually refer to the restaurants as “I am heading to the restaurant at Harry’s tonight”.
So there is an historic feel, but we need the feel of the logo to reflect the iconic and very modern feel of this project.
We will need the logo to be set in a mainly horizontal look, but being able to be adapted also to a vertical feel, would be good also.
Attached is a rendering of the front of the building, meaning how it will look - this is an architectural rendering and is the building on the corner - with all the amazing shapes and colours. It is up to where the pale browns and sandstone colours are, ending before the grey and white building.
The signage will be on the front in between the squared off windows and also on the rear of the building, but not on the sizes.
