Tagline: We think we would like it in the logo but can live without it if it just doesn't work. See how a competitor included their tagline in their logo at http://www.myllcagreement.com.
Colors: We are open but we seem to favor black/Sedona red (see infusionsoft.com and http://arizona.diamondbacks.mlb.com…p?c_id=ari and green/blue (see perpetualtrafficformula.com and 1800gotjunk.com) color schemes. We expect to design website around color scheme of logo.
Logos we like: infusionsoft.com; legalzoom.com; perpetualtrafficformula.com; batteriesplus.com. We also like the following logos featured on the winning designs page of 99designs: drive-in speakers.com, wrapping room, and carplanet.com.
Competitor's logo: myllcagreement.com - We want ours to reflect a more sophisticated color scheme (theirs is red, white, and blue), higher quality, and more current, cutting edge legal technology. But we don't want to intimidate prospects. We want the logo to be appealing to a broad audience, inviting and reflect approachability.
Need a favicon.
Formats: Not sure what is customary here so we'll just tell you that we ultimately need it in all these formats: vector/eps, Print file format - .ai (CMYK), Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
