We have two very clear ideas we want explored further:
Idea of using a house in an abstract way, houses are too commonly used on real estate logos so we want to stand out and be different, the logo must be clean and relatively simple, but also clever so it is remembered, no lightbulbs, nothing tacky. Ideally icon on left with a horizontal line separating icon and name.
With regards to the light element, how about something like the sparkle on a toothpaste? - the lines either side of "LUXE"
2. The idea of using circles to represent light - with maybe an outline of a house in the last circle, previous designs have shown a half outline of a house - the last circle should maybe be a whole circle so that it looks cleaner - We like this concept: http://www.urbanlightscapes.net/wp-…ium_sq.jpg
You may not copy these ideas, they are for inspiration purposes only.
FONT: Serious font so it gives it gravitas, as this is professional services firm. Name should be on two lines. We haven’t settled on any particular font. Property solutions should be on second line, possibly in lighter colour e.g. grey and in smaller font (if works well).
TARGET AUDIENCE: Tenants, landlords and investors. Re the leading light name, there are two meanings. 1 - we guide tenants/landlords to their solutions. 2 - we are the leaders in industry.
Colours to be AVOIDED : Orange, brown, Red,
