To become more selfconscious, effective, focussed and succesful, through analyzing personal qualities/blindspots/routines and search for new and suitable ways to reach personal goals (in business or personal life). - Servant Leadership training. - Assessment: provide measurement of the natural behavioral style, intelligence, managementcompetence, emotional intelligence, etc. Assessment takes place at the start of a coachingprogram, to define learning goals. But I also provide matching-advice to my business clients who are hiring people or are thinking about promoting someone. Respect voor privacy, integrity and focus on quality are very important basic values. My way of advicing and coaching combines science/measurement with personal authenticity and unique personal goals. Mostly my clients are critical, higly intelligent people, somewhere between 35-65 years old.

Maybe the horns can be assimilated in some way. I also gave the info that the text 'Since 1977' should be placed under my name.
