We are a foundation raising money to rescue medically abandoned dogs. Popeye was a rescue who was found on the streets of los angeles who was kicked and had to have an eye removed. The shelter was going to put him down but we saved him and gave him the live he deserved. He recently passed away which is why we are starting this foundation in his honor.
