The founders of BalancePoint came together under a single united belief that there must be a better way of doing business; better for our clients and better for our consultants. We are an IT Solutions Company providing project based solutions and staff augmentation to a wide-range of clients. Corporate office is located in Kansas City.
The goal of the new logo/signage is to create a “version 2.0.” In 2006, we created our old logo, it was very simple and incorporated a triangle. In 2008, we freshened up our website and incorporated our very simple triangle logo. In 2009, we incorporated another logo (see uploaded image, which is used as our auto signature). In 2010, we are looking for a clean slate and new ideas!

Our audience primarily consists of “C-Level” IT clients, they are sophisticated, forward thinking, high tech, and advanced.
Our company prides ourselves on transparency, trust, and creating confidence. We build a win-win partnership with our clients. Clients range from extremely technically savvy small/medium size businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
FEEDBACK: Though we are having a good response from designers, we are seeing a trend. Our company's name "BalancePoint" is in two different colors (please do less of this), we want colors to be more contemporary i.e. gunmetal gray, crisp orange, royal blue etc. Too cutesy of graphics and borderline too complex. Keep in mind "font becomes the character of the image" AND think architecture firm.
We are looking for a logo and building signage to represent our IT Solutions Company, BalancePoint.
Items to keep in mind:
- Design will be incorporated in many sectors: Building Signage, Website, Marketing Materials
- Logo needs to be crisp and easy to read from a 6-lane busy street
- Not overly simple design, but not highly complex/super busy
- Solid, yet contemporary and modern
- Borderline chic/hip...definitely fresh
- Catches peoples’ attention
- Easily identifiable
- Feel free to experiment with colors
