I created my own business with the principal goal of driving positive change in my clients’ lifestyle and performance across all areas of their life. I use advanced strength and conditioning training methods, massage and soft tissue therapy techniques and a flexible, open-minded approach to cater to the needs of clients from all walks of life in order to help them achieve their goals. I have built a loyal and consistent base of clients which includes: - clients ranging in age from 20 to 75 (including both men and women). - busy professionals, students, and stay-at-home parents with strict commitments of their time. - recreational and professional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling athletes and fitness professionals. - clients with a range of ability and experience, as well as pre-existing health conditions. - clients interested in strength training or massage independently, and those looking for a combination approach.
