Update 10/1/2017 8:17 PM
Sample logos found online uploaded to brief. feel free to use established year of 2017 and the words clothing co., clothing company, apparel co. or apparel company in the logo. also feel free to use american symbolism but again it should be subtle
UPDATE: 10/1/17 9:44am
we would like to convey a few thoughts on the direction of this design. This logo should have a "hometown" or "neighborly" feel to it. Think sitting at the dinner table telling the story of these people when you consider your designs. Super modern, tech, futuristic look is not what we are looking for. We are looking for a more "heritage" style look with a modern touch.
Hero Worn is a United States based apparel company that incorporates small pieces of previously worn uniforms into the items we manufacture. The fabric used is from donated/worn uniforms given by members of military, police, fire, EMS, nurses, doctors and teachers. The goal of hero worn is to honor these brave men and women and to give back to the community. Every article of clothing sold will ship with a bio page. In the bio you will learn about the hero who donated their uniform . Another main focal point of Hero Worn is giving back to organizations that support the less fortunate, injured, or killed in these fields . A percentage of all sales will be donated to organizations that support the different military branches, fire, police, ems, title one schools and health care for the less fortunate. Our target consumer will be customers that support the men and women in these professions and who want to give back.
UPDATE: 9/30/17 @ 10:20 AM EST
This design will be targeting people that have interest in supporting military, police, fire, EMS, health care professionals and teachers. We would like it to be as catering to all groups as possible. These people are all hero's and using items that cater to one group is not what we are looking for. In other words using military symbolism will probably cater to police and fire but not teachers, using medical symbolism only will not cater to the others. ect ect. Please focus your designs on the "Hero" aspect and try to capture a design that will stand out and be easily recognizable to the whole target consumer. Also remember that the american symbolism should be subtle if used and we are not specifically looking for the color scheme red white and blue. This logo should be easily printable and distinguishable at first glance.
