Integron has expertise in the areas of satisfaction among customers, employees and internal customers. Integron works with organizations that strive for a higher body satisfaction and higher organizational performance through the relationship with customers and employees to strengthen. Integron publishes an annual five reports based on national perception. The reports discuss the state of the employee and (internal) customer satisfaction in the Netherlands.
About the survey (nationwide)
Customer perception of the National Research Netherlands 2011, 4,501 consumers surveyed. Integron as leading party in terms of satisfaction results continue to apply his knowledge to qualify.
