The LEAP (Leaders and Executives across Professions) mission is to support like-minded ambitious women as they thrive in their careers. Our organization is focused on career advancement with 10+ years of experience in their current career or business and fills the need for a “women’s locker room” where we support each other by sharing advice, war stories, mentioning, and referrals and build our legacy for next generations of women.

We recognized a need for these busy experienced women who are in leadership positions. They want to grow and thrive. LEAP is providing a solution to fill the gap in between the starting point and the top. Audience: Women entrepreneurs Women in leadership Women with 10+ years in their career and title of Director, VP, President, Founder, Doctor, Partner, Principal, Owner, or other C-level executives. Young women professionals who desire mentoring in order to advance their careers (They are “Rising Stars”) Here is all we know about them: These women want to advance their career or grow their business These women have experience and perspective to share These women are generous in Pay-It-Forward These women are open minded and believe in abundance These women wants to create a Legacy to make it easier to thrive and rise for future generations What we want them to think: That LEAP is the group where they find guidance, connect with like-minded professionals, and find real support from other women in confidential, supportive environment. Here is what we have in mind: We are a women’s professional organization and would like the colors of our logo to reflect that. Balanced colors that exemplify energy and strength, while staying away from stereotypical feminine colors, would be fantastic! Would be great if the word LEAP was featured and “Leaders and Executives across Professions” was incorporated as well. A modern, clean font style would be preferred, and perhaps an incorporation of a bridge of some sort, as they are strong, connect, and are iconic to Portland. NO pink!
