We have thought about a logo that includes a truck or back of truck where the word "cajun" is on top or the side of the words "in a truck". This would enable the "in a truck" logo to be used as a foundation for the future trucks launched. Can include a truck etc. but must be simple.*There is much opportunity for chosen designer(s) to work with us on additional work for this client, including food truck design execution and more. For best results suggest you do a quick google search on Cajun food if you're not familiar with it.

-Varying demographics from families, working professionals, to grandmas and grandpas. Vary in education. Cost and quality of food will attract a more educated customer.
-People who like variation in their food and are willing to pay for high quality. People willing to try something different. Good for those who like a little spice and extra flavor.
-Some people may not be educated on what cajun food is. Business will help customers learn what cajun is. Brand is friendly, helpful and wants to make it as simple as possible for even someone who doesn't know anything about cajun food to have an amazing experience.
