Clients are 1) Low income and underinsured individuals 18+ for addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders and 2) Community-minded, affluent-skewing donors with connection to or emotional connection with specific sub-groups disproportionately affected by drugs, alcohol, and occurring mental health disorders (i.e. veterans, low income/under-insured populations).

Donors are inclusive of those that have had a major hand in the development and evolution of the city. They care deeply not only about the community but providing services that allow a hand up, not a hand out to those struggling with drug and alcohol dependencies and co-occurring mental health disorders.
